Minimum order is 15 leads

General Criteria
 
Interested In an IVA
Homeowner OR tenant
Minimum £15,000 Unsecured debt
Minimum of 3 unsecured creditors (not including car finance or any other HP, Mortgage etc)
Must be an even spread of debt (e.g.- one creditor cannot have a 75% share of total debt)
Loans must NOT be less than 12 months old
MUST be unable to meet loan/credit card repayments OR using credit to pay credit i.e. having problems
Disposable income greater than £200 (This will require discussion about the calculation)
For a homeowner equity must not be greater than unsecured debt.
Must be UK citizen
Not been in an IVA before

All leads that require replacements must be returned to us within 24 hrs with an explanation of why it is rejected; otherwise we will assume that the lead complied.
