A call is made to the call centre agent who is informed that a caller wants to speak with them. If the agent is available to speak now, by pressing 5, a call is made to the interested consumer. If no agent available the call is stacked, until such time there is an agent available.
The following charges apply:
£250 set-up (plus vat payable in advance)
£150 plus vat per month rental of long number, minimum of 12-month contract (paid 12 months in advance)
7p (plus vat) per text msg for UK broadcast
Transfer call to call centre 5ppm (plus vat)
Transfer call to mobile 15ppm (plus vat)
Telephone and Text charges: we take £250 payment up front as a credit and we invoice monthly for any remaining payment.
